Order Processing Time: If an order is placed prior to 12:00 p.m. EST on a business day, we typically ship it on the same day. However, during periods of high demand, your order may be shipped on the following business day. Regardless, we are committed to ensuring prompt delivery of your order.

Shipping Methods: We work with FedEx to ensure your tires are delivered on time and with free standard shipping on all orders.

  •  Our Standard Shipping option is available for your convenience, and the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days, depending on where you're located. As our products are large, each tire will arrive in a separate package, which might be delivered on different days. To ensure you can keep track of each package's progress, kindly refer to the master tracking number provided.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for orders delivered to any 48 contiguous states. 

Order Tracking: Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. You can conveniently check the status of your delivery in real-time by using the tracking number on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If in a rare occasion, you receive a damaged item or your order is lost, don't worry! Just reach out to our friendly customer support team right away. We'll work closely with the courier to sort everything out and ensure you're completely happy with the outcome.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide international shipping services and can only ship items within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, be sure to get in touch with our customer support team immediately. We'll do our best to help, but we may not be able to make any changes once the shipment has been processed.
